Each apartment house is built from a unique wood - polar Finnish pine, which is distinguished by its high density, elasticity and low moisture content because it grew slowly, often for up to 120 years, before it was used for construction beyond the Arctic Circle. This wood comes from well-managed, sustainable forests in northern Finland growing right next to the Arctic Circle.

The architect, in collaboration with the developer, complemented the unique timber with high quality Italian stone cladding and glass, natural materials that combine to provide healthy living and a very exclusive and solid mountain look for the apartment buildings. In the GolfChalet project, the construction of four apartment houses is planned. These are designed as two-storey , on the ground floor there are 3 apartments with terraces and on the first floor 3 apartments with spacious loggias, also suitable for a sitting area combined with a barbecue. The location of the apartments in the houses is designed so that each of the owners can enjoy the magnificent views of the High Tatras and the landscaped golf course, but at the same time have enough privacy and a sense of intimacy at all times.

There are 6 apartments in each apartment house. Four of them have a total area of 83 m2 and two of them offer 74 m2 of amazing space. Each of them will captivate you with large glass surfaces that offer unobstructed views of the majestic peaks of the Tatra Mountains. The high standard of the interior design will not disappoint even the most demanding thanks to quality wooden floors, doors and timeproof tiles. All sanitary equipment is equipped with above-standard and high quality products.  The future owner can decide whether to furnish and equip the apartment individually or opt for a comfortable solution and leave it to the GolfChalet developer.

Convenience and service for the owner's satisfaction

For the owners of the apartments, there will be storage spaces located in the common areas of the apartment building. These will be used primarily for storing sports equipment (skis, bicycles, golf, golf clubs, etc.).

We will be happy to take care of the apartment owners, provide them with cleaning services, management and maintenance of the building and also the surroundings of the apartment houses. Certainly many will also appreciate the restaurant and wellness services of the four-star International Hotel ****, located just a few dozen meters from the GolfChalet apartment houses.

The price of the apartment includes a co-ownership share of the land beneath the apartment building and the common areas.
A condition of purchasing the apartment is the acquisition of a parking space at a price of €12,000 excluding VAT (€14,760 including VAT).
